Partnership manager - fulltime

Relocately, the market leader in lead generation for the international moving industry across 60 countries, is rapidly expanding into new services and markets. To facilitate this exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and cultivate partnerships in our assigned markets.

About Us:
Relocately was born out of personal frustration in 2017, with the aim of revolutionizing the relocation market. We recognized the lack of transparency and the time-consuming nature of comparing relocation services, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation of starting a new life in a different country.

Thankfully, those days are behind us. Our global platform provides a one-stop solution, enabling individuals to access and apply for relocation services worldwide. In addition to comparing movers, we are actively expanding our platform to include various services such as currency exchange, housing/short stay, immigration assistance, and much more.

As part of the Moveasy group, Relocately currently operates in 70 countries, with offices in Amsterdam, Sydney, Singapore, and Manila. Key websites within our portfolio include relocately.com (relocation-related services), ship-stuff.com (international moving), and scanmovers.com (domestic moving).

A snapshot of your role

As a Partnership Manager, your role is centered around building and maintaining strategic partnerships with other organizations, businesses, or individuals. The aim is to create mutually beneficial collaborations that drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners through regular communication and networking.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and agreements to ensure mutual benefits and protect the interests of both parties.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects.

  • Business Development: Drive business growth by leveraging partnerships to expand the company's reach and customer base.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of partnerships to assess their effectiveness and ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, sales, product, and legal to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential partnership prospects.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience can sometimes substitute formal education.

  • Business Development Experience: Previous experience in business development, partnership management, or sales can be advantageous.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements with partners.

  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives.

  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes through partnerships.

  • Analytical Skills: The capability to analyze partnership performance data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates and an understanding of partnership dynamics within that industry.

  • Creativity: The ability to think creatively to develop innovative partnership ideas and initiatives.

  • Team Player: A collaborative nature to work effectively with cross-functional teams and different personalities.
