As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior account managers and overseeing the day-to-day interactions with clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services. 

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

  • Account Maintenance: Assist in managing client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and managing account-related documents.

  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for additional products or services that align with their needs.

  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue and enhance the value provided to clients.

  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance and present them to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in generating new business leads and proposals.

Requirements 

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
